A normal person, upon discovering their car is stolen, reacts with anger or depression. I am not a normal person.

"Holy crap, did my car get stolen? Hahaha, I can't believe someone stole my fucking car! Hehehehe! Dude, take a picture of where it used to be!"

In retrospect I am both shocked and embarassed that we did not make these jokes at the scene. :(

Well, the secretary was shocked (and I was kind of embarassed) when I returned my cap, gown, and hood and it smelled like liquor, sweat, and sick.

there was something in you manners that made me smile. reading some of your
posts here, i indeed find you superbly amicable! not sure how to put that
across without sounding like a tool, but here you have it. you're the kind of
person (i.e. not normal, but with warmth & humour, and preferably a camera!)
i wish i were friends with. whatever that's worth ;)
